Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is not on sale, marked as final clearance, or personalized/customized.
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  • Contact us at support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided.
  • Keep the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
  • Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the item was damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used kitchen tools or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., food containers, drinkware).
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your payment provider — some banks take longer to process refunds.
  • If it’s been more than 10 business days, contact us directly for assistance
