Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is not on sale, marked as final clearance, or personalized/customized.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
- Keep the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
- Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If the item was damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used kitchen tools or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., food containers, drinkware).
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Custom or personalized products
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider — some banks take longer to process refunds.
